By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use marrakechfood.tours if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Booking System

Our website uses Bokun, a third-party booking system. By using our booking system, you also agree to Bokun's Terms of Service.

3. Account Creation

3.1. You don’t need to create an account to complete a booking.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

4. Booking and Payments

4.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2. Prices are listed in either Dirhams(MAD), Euros (€) or US Dollars ($). The applicable currency will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

4.3. Exchange rates are determined by our system and may fluctuate. The price in your chosen currency at the time of booking is the price you will pay.

4.4. Payments are processed securely through Bokun's payment system.

4.5. By making a booking, you agree to pay the full amount specified for the tour in the currency listed.

4.6. For bookings made 30 days or more before the service date, a deposit payment option may be available. When applicable:

* The deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the booking process in the same currency as the total price.

* The remaining balance can be paid on the day of the tour.

* Payment methods accepted for the remaining balance in cash.

4.7. Failure to pay the remaining balance on the day of the tour may result in denial of service without refund of the deposit.

4.8. For bookings made less than 30 days before the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

4.9. Please note that if you pay the deposit in one currency (e.g., Euros) and the remaining balance in a different currency (e.g., Moroccan Dirhams), exchange rates may apply and the final amount in local currency may vary.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Our cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the specific tour or product you book. The policy applicable to your booking will be clearly displayed on the booking page before you complete your purchase.

5.2. For most of our products, the following general policy applies:

* Full refund if cancelled at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event start time.

5.3. However, some products may have a different policy, which could include:

* Cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled 1 day or less before the event

* Cancellation fee of 0% if cancelled 1000 days or less before the event

* Other variations as specified on the product's booking page

5.4. The specific cancellation policy for each product is calculated based on a list of penalty rules. While this allows for flexibility, it may also be more complex. We encourage you to carefully review the cancellation policy on the booking page before completing your purchase.

5.5. To request a cancellation and refund, please contact us at contact@marrakechfood.tours.

5.6. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.

5.7. In case of extraordinary circumstances, we reserve the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5.8. No-shows or failure to arrive at the designated time and place for the tour may result in no refund being issued.

5.9. For bookings made with a deposit:

* Cancellation policies apply to the total booking amount, not just the deposit.

* If you cancel after paying only the deposit, you may still be liable for cancellation fees based on the total booking amount, as per the cancellation policy for that specific product.

* If you fail to appear for the tour or are unable to pay the remaining balance on the day of the tour, the deposit is non-refundable and you may be liable for the full tour cost.

5.10. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. If you paid a deposit in Euros or US Dollars and are due a refund after paying the remaining balance in a different currency, the refund will be calculated based on the original deposit amount in Euros or US Dollars.

6. Modification of Bookings

Any modifications to bookings are subject to our availability and policies. Please contact us directly for any change requests.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

7.1. Attempt to bypass or manipulate our booking system or payment process.

7.2. Use the booking system for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

8.2. By using our booking system, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the booking interface, is the property of Marrakechfood.tours or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The booking system is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Marrakechfood.tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the booking system.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marrakechfood.tours and Bokun from any claims arising from your use of the booking system or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the booking system after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
